OEN On-Air Board Meeting Notes

The purpose of the meeting was the annual reelection of Board members. A quorum of the ten voting members was present for the meeting. The following directors were elected:

• NE area director, W7HLR Larry (formerly KD7HB Paul)
• SE area director, AC7WU Rob (formerly K7RDP John, SK)
• SW area director, AG7TH Gary (formerly AI7JN Rick)
• At large director position 3, AF7LB John volunteered to keep this position

In addition, an on-air vote a few days later confirmed W7HLR Larry as board chairman, replacing W7EV Eric.
